Some of the early NRMA fleet service cars were Land Rovers. I have only seen two of them, this one other is part of the NRMA's classic vehicle museum. It was donated to the NRMA in 2014 and a restoration was started, in conjunction with TAFE NSW. The project was never quite finished and the NRMA approached Geoff to help get it running and roadworthy. It ended up being a pretty big job for him with new brakes, rewire, suspension overhaul, fuel tank restoration and full engine service. It is great to see such an iconic car back on the road.
